Equal Opportunities – Excellence – Objective Criteria – Protection of Democracy
PREAMBLE
Society must be grounded in objective standards of evaluation, not imposed ideological agendas.
- Equality does not mean leveling down, but ensuring equal starting lines with respect for each individual’s abilities, effort, and personal merit.
- No group or minority has the right to impose its agenda on the majority through political coercion or ideological force.
- Rejecting extremism—whether it takes the form of discrimination or cancel culture—is essential to preserve a free, democratic, and balanced society.
We affirm the need for a just society where all citizens begin with equal opportunity and are judged by their merit, free from ideological pressures.
FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
✔ Article 1 – Equal Opportunity, Not Forced Equality
- Everyone must have equal access to education and advancement, without preferential treatment for or against any group.
- Equality of opportunity ≠ equality of outcomes. Everyone should be rewarded based on capability and effort.
✔ Article 2 – Excellence & Meritocracy
- Merit must guide advancement in education, employment, and society.
- Excellence should be celebrated, not undermined in the name of fake “equality.”
- The state must reject mechanisms that suppress natural progress, innovation, or individual distinction.
✔ Article 3 – Objective Criteria Everywhere
- All public procedures (education, employment, scholarships) must be based on measurable, objective criteria, free from political or ideological influence.
- Public and private sector hiring must be based solely on skill and experience—not quotas.
- University admissions and exams must remain strictly merit-based, shielded from ideological interference.
✔ Article 4 – No to “Cancel Culture”
- Respect for dissent is a pillar of democracy.
- No individual should face persecution, exclusion, or public shaming for expressing a dissenting opinion.
- Universities and public institutions must uphold free speech and resist ideological fanaticism.
✔ Article 5 – Democracy Does Not Yield to Minority Agendas
- Democracy is based on the will of the majority, with respect for all—not domination by vocal or organized minorities.
- State institutions must never become tools for the propaganda of specific ideological or social groups.
- The majority’s perspective must be protected from aggressive minority imposition that distorts social balance.
APPLICATION OF PRINCIPLES IN PRACTICE
In Education:
- Promote excellence and meritocracy at every educational level.
- Eliminate quota systems that favor group identity over individual effort and talent.
- Maintain academic dialogue while rejecting censorship of differing views.
In the Labor Market:
- No hiring or promotion should be based on quotas or social criteria beyond actual qualifications.
- Ensure free competition based on merit, without external ideological or political restrictions.
- Protect businesses from ideological enforcement of “politically correct” policies that violate entrepreneurial freedom.
In Public Administration & Politics:
- Craft policies based on objectivity, not social engineering or ideological experiments.
- Reduce state intervention in private enterprises to prevent forced conformity to woke agendas.
- Ensure public institutions serve the people as a whole, not selected minority interests.
CONCLUSION – A SOCIETY THAT IS MERITOCRATIC, FAIR & DYNAMIC
✔ Equal opportunities for all—without imposed ideological agendas
✔ Respect for personal merit, skills, and effort
✔ Zero tolerance for cancel culture and ideological censorship
✔ Protection of democracy from coercive minority activism
Greece must remain a country that is open, fair, and meritocratic—where success and progress are earned through work, dedication, and personal value—not through social engineering.
