Empowering Hellenism Abroad – Geopolitical Influence – Targeted Lobbying in the USA & Globally
PREAMBLE
✔ The Greek Diaspora is one of our nation’s greatest untapped forces, with significant political, economic, and social influence abroad.
✔ Greece has failed to fully harness this potential or develop an organized and effective lobbying network in the major political capitals of the world.
✔ Lobbying is a key instrument of diplomacy and influence—used successfully by countries such as Israel, Turkey, and Armenia—while Greece remains a passive recipient of foreign decisions.
✔ A modern national strategy must focus on mobilizing the diaspora, establishing global influence networks, and conducting targeted political advocacy in foreign governments and international institutions.
We proclaim the need for a modern strategy to strengthen the diaspora and build a powerful Greek lobbying presence, aimed at enhancing Greece’s geopolitical and economic standing on the global stage.
